Jose Vallejo of the Dominican Republic has been charged with two (2) counts of Uttering Forged Documents and two (2) counts of Falsifying Forged Documents.   The charges were read to Mr Vallejo in his native language by a certified translator when he was charged on March 11th, 2026, at the Basseterre Police Station.
