Timothy Hughes of Shadwell, St. Kitts, has been charged with the offences of Carrying Abroad an Offensive Weapon and Resisting Arrest, committed on May 16th, 2026, at Bay Road, Basseterre.
Mr Hughes was charged on May 18th, 2026 at the Basseterre Police Station.
