- Battery on Police
- Resisting Arrest
- Indecent Language
- Threatening Language
- Insulting Language
The offences were committed on February 2nd, 2026, at Bourryeau Village, and Mr Gilbert was charged on February 3rd, 2026, at the Tabernacle Police Station.
