Basseterre, St. Kitts, July 6, 2026 — Officers of the Criminal Investigation Department have formally charged Ruddy Castro Tomas of Carty Alley, Newtown, for the offence of Wounding with Intent.
Mr. Tomas was formally arrested and charged on July 4, 2026, on a Warrant in the First Instance.
The charge stems from an incident that occurred on July 2, 2026.
