Raphael Simmons of Wades Garden, Basseterre, St. Kitts, has been charged with the following offences:
- Larceny, committed on February 21st, 2026 (charged February 23rd, 2026)
- Larceny from an Unattended Vehicle, committed on December 20th, 2025 (charged February 24th, 2026)
- Malicious Damage, committed on February 19th, 2026 (charged February 25th, 2026)
All charges were laid at the Basseterre Police Station.
